We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your choices regarding your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described here.

Personal Information You Provide

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Social media profile information (if you choose to sign in or connect via Facebook, Twitter/X, or similar services)

Information Collected Automatically from Your Device

  • Precise location data (GPS) when you enable location services in the App (used to show nearby services, delivery estimates, or relevant features). You can disable this in your device settings at any time.
  • Device information (e.g., device type, OS version, unique identifiers)
  • Usage data (e.g., app interactions, pages viewed, time spent) collected via Google Analytics for analytics and improvement purposes

Payment Information

When you make a payment via ABA PayWay, we do not collect or store your full payment card details, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial information. Payment processing is handled securely by ABA PayWay (their privacy practices apply to payment data; see their policy at ababank.com or payway.com for details). We receive only transaction confirmation and limited order-related data.

We do not collect emails for marketing, show advertisements, or allow user-uploaded content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and fulfill your orders (including location for service relevance)
  • Communicate with you about orders (e.g., confirmations, status updates via in-app notifications or phone)
  • Improve the App, analyze usage trends, and fix issues (via Google Analytics)
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

We process data based on your consent (e.g., for location), contract performance (e.g., orders), or legitimate interests (e.g., app improvement, security).

3. Sharing Your Information

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above (e.g., account active, recent orders for support), or as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax/accounting).

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.

7. International Transfers

If data is processed outside Cambodia (e.g., cloud servers), we ensure appropriate protections (though no formal adequacy decisions exist yet under draft Cambodian law).
